2023 Launches from Artemide
Next year, the renowned Italian lighting manufacturer Artemide will introduce four new products to the North American market

New York, New York — 16 November 2022 — Artemide, a worldwide leader in lighting design with an unparalleled commitment to technological innovation, research and human interaction, expands their impressive canon of lights by launching a new series of products in North America.
Launching Early 2023, the Bjarke Ingels Group-designed Gople family expands introducing their track option, Gople System. Compatible with the Alphabet of Light track system, Gople System highlights versatility, allowing BIG’s design to illuminate every angle of residential, office, and retail spaces.
Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) expands their collaboration with Artemide to include their newest design, Vine Light. A single, pure, balanced line, Vine Light is tailored to residential and office spaces, with its table, floor, and wall L offerings each designed to perfectly illuminate their respective environments, whether through controlled or atmospheric emissions. Vine Light launches in North America, Spring 2023.
Originally designed by Ernesto Gismondi, Artemide’s Discovery family expands early 2023 to include Discovery Floor. Discovery’s minimal design is a masterclass in illusion; an LED strip housed within its aluminum frame injects light into an etched surface so clear it is hardly perceptible when the fixture is turned off. The resulting light is soft and uniform, ideal for working environments.
Inspired by papiroflexia, the art of papyrus-folding, Flexia is reminiscent of the Japanese art of origami. Crafted from recycled fibers (the external fabric comes 100% from PET bottles, whilst the internal panel is obtained from waste materials), the Mario Cucinella-designed suspended fixture combines Discovery’s innovative lighting panel with an elegant sound-absorbing panel to create a lived softness through both light and sound. Flexia launches, Spring 2023.
